Apple, Chia and Amla Cake

- 200 g Self raising flour
- 2 Eggs You can add more olive oil if you want to make this vegan
- 125 ml Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
- 25 g Chia Seed
- 2 Chopped apples
- 2 tsp Raw Wild Flower Bulgarian Honey
- 2 tsp Date syrup
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Amla Powder
In a large bowl mix together your flour, eggs, olive oil until smooth.
Add in your Chia Seed, Chopped Apples, Date Syrup, Raw Wild Flower Bulgarian Honey, Amla Powder and cinnamon and stir until smooth.
Pour into a loaf tin and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Once cool, cover with your choice of topping (I use a lemon icing glaze with chopped almonds).
